【CARE College: Training Course on How to Support Carers with 5 steps】The Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Community Support & Carer Service for the Elderly has been collaborated with the Sau Po Centre on Ageing of The University of Hong Kong, to implementing the 5 steps on how to improve the working relationship between Carers & Frontline workers, including these following steps:
1. First contact2. Intake & Registration3. Primary Assessment4. Supportive Scheme5. Changing on Role
