【Instructor Training of Wellness Course for peer support carer 2024】   Whenever "take care of yourself before taking care of others" is mentioned, most carers find it easier said than done.   However, have you ever thought that small daily actions could lead to significant changes for you?   CARE College, in collaboration with Hong Kong Holistic Popular Mental Health Association, is hosting 'Instructor Training of Wellness Course for peer support carer 2024'. Based on faith, this course approaches carers through the lens of the Bible, starting with 8 major areas of life. Participants will reassess the conditions of these areas, discover personal strengths, and develop action goals and plans to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
