  【Carer Practitioner Training – Certificate Course in Professional Support and Care Planning】    The Community Support and Care Services for the Elderly of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service has collaborated with Sau Po Centre on Ageing of The University of Hong Kong to develop a 5-step programme for carer support services, of producing a professional reference guide based to the needs of carers and the working environment of the practitioners. We hope to help practitioners identify the needs of carers and enhance their communication skills with carers.
