【Carer Online Discussion Forum：Introduction to Caregiver Assessment Tools and the Five Steps of Caregiver Support Services】   The Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Elderly Community Support and Nursing Service, in collaboration with the Sau Po Centre on Ageing at the University of Hong Kong, has developed a five-step framework for caregiver support services.
