【Carer Self-Planning Guide】

Often hear about the importance of planning for your caring journey, but have you ever considered that planning for yourself is also important? To assist carers in effectively fulfilling their caring roles while balancing various aspects of life, CARE College, in collaboration with Navigation for Closing the Carer Support Gap Service, is launching the "Carer Self-Planning Guide" course. This course approaches planning from the perspective of caregivers, taking the first step towards embarking on a journey of change tailored for caregivers!
