【Carer Online Discussion Forum：Mental health & the risk of suicide】

There have been consecutive incidents of suicide among the public, with many cases involving both caregivers and care recipients taking their own lives. This highlights the importance of paying attention to the mental health of both care recipients and caregivers themselves.

In this online discussion platform, we have invited Dr. Tse, a specialist in psychiatry, to share insights on the relationship between emotional distress and suicide, suicide crisis and warning signs, and how caregivers can be mindful of their own emotional stress.
