【CARE College: Training Course on How to Support Carers with 5 steps】
The Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Community Support & Carer Service for the Elderly has been collaborated with the Sau Po Centre on Ageing of The University of Hong Kong, to implementing the 5 steps on how to improve the working relationship between Carers & Frontline workers, including these following steps:
1. First contact
2. Intake & Registration
3. Primary Assessment
4. Supportive Scheme
5. Changing on Role
Based on the following framework developed, CARE College has introduced the Training Course on How to Support Carers with 5 steps, providing the knwoledge on how to develop the future caring plan with Carers collabortatively.

Time:9:30a.m – 5:30p.m
Target Audience:Workers in the Social Service Industry
Fee:$500 per person
