【Instructor Training of Wellness Course for peer support carer 2023】

Carers usually put their focus on patients or their family members, do they take good care of themselves?

Except training carers to be our peer instructor, we would also like to encourage carers to take care their personal wellness through 8 aspects first before taking action to promote carers’ wellness to the public.

Carers who successfully registered for this course will go through the Carer Star assessment with well-trained navigators.
