【CARE College：Carer Peer Support Instructor Training Course：To be an instructor of group activities】

CARE College always pay attention on how to co-produce with carers. This course aims to train the skills for holding mutual groups and games, facilitating group discussions and crisis management. We hoep participants can co-design and co-deliver carer-related activities with CARE College after completing the course.

Course Aims：
-Train the carers to be instructor of mutual groups
-Enhance carers' skills for groups & games

-Facilitate the spirit of mutual help & support

Course content：
-Do's & Don'ts in mutual groups
-Group concept & meanings

-Enhance group cohesiveness

-Game design and execution
-Skills for group discussion and reflection
-Crisis management

Tutorial session：
Date：17th, 24th Feb, & 3rd Mar, 2023 (Friday)
Time：2pm - 6pm

Placement session：
Date：10th & 17th Mar, 2023 (Friday)
Time：2pm - 6pm

Target audience：Carers who are interested in assisting & leading group activities

*Participants need to promise attend at least 80% of the course(Including both tutorial & placement session)
**There is an instructor session after tutorial & placement session. Participants are encouraged to join.
