【Carer Online Discussion Forum (June 2022)】Let’s do Brain Gym together!

Brain gym has been extensively used in different sectors and age groups, like business sector, schools, children and elderly, to enhance brain function and improve the efficiency of brain operation.

We have invited Certified Brain Gym® Trainer, Mr. Patrick Ng as our guest speaker for this online discussion forum. Patrick will give us a sharing on the theory of brain gym and teach us how to de-stress. Carers are recommended to do brain gym together with their care recipients.
