【Carer Practitioner Training – Certificate Course in Professional Support and Care Planning】
The Community Support and Care Services for the Elderly of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service has collaborated with Sau Po Centre on Ageing of The University of Hong Kong to develop a 5-step programme for carer support services, of producing a professional reference guide based to the needs of carers and the working environment of the practitioners. We hope to help practitioners identify the needs of carers and enhance their communication skills with carers. We will explain how service practitioners can work with carers to make future care plans and create a solid foundation for carers' future care arrangements in detail during the course.

Date: 30 April, 7, 12 and 19 May 2025 (Monday and Wednesday)
Time: 9:30a.m – 5: 00p.m
Target Audience: Social worker, nurse or co-worker of serving Carers
Tuition Fee: $500/person
Location: Room 805, Hong Kong Scout Centennial Building, 23 Yat Shin Street, Wan Chai
