Carers will face a lot of rise & fall in their caring journey. Carers can enhance their self-understanding & their power on caring with these experience. Some Carers may even share their caring stories and interact with others, to enrich their caring life by being a Carer Peer.

Module 1：Programme's objective (5th January, 2023)
-Carers' Role, Concept of Peer Support & Recovery

Module 2：Understanding Yourself & Others (9th & 16th January, 2023)
-Personal development & Team Building Activities
Module 3：Community Resources (6th February, 2023)
-Carers' resources and supporting services
Module 4：The Human Library Workshop (18th February, 2023)
-Skills for The Human Library and Narrative Therapy

The tuition fee is free of charge
Our staff will confirm your eligibility once you completed your enrollment.
*Participants are required to attend at least 80% of the trainings
**Participants can join our Carer Peer Volunteer Service & collaborate on the Carer Promotion Volunteer Service after completing the course
