Carers will face a lot of rise & fall in their caring journey. Carers can enhance their self-understanding & their power on caring with these experience. Some Carers may even share their caring stories and interact with others, to enrich their caring life by being a Carer Peer.

Course Content：

Module 1：Programme's objective 21st November, 2022)
-Carers' Role, Concept of Peer Support & Recovery
Module 2：Understanding Yourself & Others (28th November and 5th December, 2022)

-Personal development & Team Building Activities
Module 3：Community Resources (12th December, 2022)
-Carers' resources and supporting services
Module 4：The Human Library Workshop (17th December, 2022)
-Skills for The Human Library and Narrative Therapy

-Module 1 & 2：

Date：21st, 28th Movember, 2022 & 5th December, 2022（Every Monday）

Venue：Hong Kong Social Workers' General Union - 4/F, Shanghai Centre, 473-475 Shanghai Street, Kowloon

-Module 3：

Date：12th December, 2022（Monday）

Venue：Online Event Via Zoom

*Participants can join our Carer Peer Volunteer Service & collaborate on the Carer Promotion Volunteer Service after completing the course
